10 favorite songs of Kate DiCamillo, author of “The Tale of Despereaux”

Children’s novelist Kate DiCamillo wrote “The Tale of Despereaux,” about a daring mouse, while listening to Bach. She likes Lucinda Williams and Bruce Springsteen, too. “What ties them together is honest emotion,” she told WSJ magazine.
